At Office & You, we take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive an incorrect or missing item, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange as per the policy below.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
The video must:

Start before opening the sealed package

Clearly show the package condition and shipping label

Continue without cuts until all contents are visible
This video will be required as mandatory proof for any claim related to:

Wrong product received

Damaged product
-
Missing items
Requests raised without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered)

You received an incomplete order / missing item
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as:

Condition of Products
To be eligible for return or exchange:

How to Raise a Request

Clear images/videos of the received product

Images/Videos of the package (outer and inner)

Our team will review the request and respond within 2β3 working days.
Return / Exchange Process
Once the request is approved:

We will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process

Exchange will be processed subject to product availability

If the replacement item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued (valid for a limited period)
Non-Eligible Items
